lithography
The traditional method of printing used in the production of a vast range of printed material. We can supply your business with all of it's printed stationery and promotional printed products from, business cards, letterheads, compliment slips, and invoices, to single sheet leaflets, postcards, presentation folders, multi page booklets and brochures, document wallets and much, much more.
With Heidelberg 1, 2, 4 and 5 colour presses, including a Polar guillotine and Stahl folder, we can ensure all your printing and lithographic requirements are met using the very best equipment.
The highest standards of reproduction are guaranteed, having invested heavily in machinery and presses at the forefront of the industry, including the latest computer-to-plate technology (CTP).
indigo
Indigo is the name of the printing machines that warrant there own name in print methods. Using 2 Indigo 5500 digital presses we can provide the highest levels of photographic reproduction in low volume quantities.
This print method offers an excellent alternative to lithographic printing when a quantity of under 500 is required for paper based products, as it combines the look and feel of traditional offset printing, with genuine photo quality.
This method covers the majority of the printed paper based products from, business cards, letterheads, compliment slips, and invoices, to single sheet leaflets, postcards, presentation folders, multi page booklets and brochures, document wallets and much, much more.
It also enables us to provide variable data printing, in English this means for example: you can print 500 Flyers each with unique artwork or copy specific to each flyer and with out the need or cost of setting up seperate plates for each flyer, as you would with Lithography.
large format digital
Using a number of industry leading large format machines and equipment we offer a highly competitive, cost effective solution in the production of large format print.
The products we produce include vinyl banners, building banners, exhibition graphics, vinyl lettering, vehicle graphics, large scale posters, one off prints and many other large format printed items.
